Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms.

Source potential candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other databases.

Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.

Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification processes.

Provide support in employer branding initiatives related to recruitment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms is a plus.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
