Role : HR intern
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Internship
Duration: 2 - 6 months
Responsibilities :
1. Handle end-to-end recruiting responsibilities
2. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, networks, references, etc.
3. Screen candidate’s CVs and job applications
4. Prepare a Job Description, Talk to a stakeholder or a Hiring Manager and understand the requirements, narrate it, and post the job on an appropriate job board/ Social media Platform.
5. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment process
6. Coordinate with the offered candidate until they join the organization
7. Promote open positions through social media inside the company and use other channels
8. Represent the company at recruiting events

10. Contribute to recruiting strategy and planning
