HR INTERN FEMALE
Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support HR team with employee records management, ensuring all employee documentation is complete and up to date.
• Help prepare and distribute internal communications, policies, and other HR-related documents.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Help with employee benefits administration and communication.
• Maintain HR databases and generate reports when necessary.
• Participate in training programs and HR-related projects.
• Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
