Responsibilities
• End-to-End Recruitment Cycle
• To ensure timely hiring of quality manpower as per business needs and process guidelines within set timelines
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, job portals, etc
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain contact with the offered candidates until they're on-boarded and so on
• To provide support in all other HR interventions pertaining to recruitment
Requirements:
• Candidates with Excellent communication skills.
• Should come with a Positive attitude, and confidence.
• Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
• Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure
