HR Intern
As an HR Intern at HR Integral, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resource management. You will support our HR team in implementing HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Help in the development and implementation of training and development programs. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist with HR analytics by gathering and analyzing data for reports. Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations. Participate in employee relations activities and assist in conflict resolution. Perform administrative tasks as required to support the HR team. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
