Job Description: Employee Table is hiring HR Interns to support contract-based recruitment for BPO and MNC clients. This is a remote internship for candidates based in Mumbai or nearby areas. You’ll work from your own device (mobile or laptop) and help source, screen, and refer candidates for roles like voice process, blended process, medical billing, and coding.
Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
Maintain candidate records and status updates
Learn and apply recruitment strategies tailored to BPO/MNC hiring
Compensation:
50% profit share per successful hire during the 3-month contract
No fixed stipend, but high earning potential based on performance
Post-internship: Full-time offer with salary and hike as per market standards (based on performance)
Eligibility:
Freshers welcome – no prior experience required
Must be based in Mumbai or nearby areas
Must have a smartphone or laptop with internet access
Must be available to work remotely and respond promptly
Passion for recruitment and people interaction is a plus
