Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR and operations team in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and people management in an agency setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of candidates for various roles like social media, design, copywriting, performance marketing, etc.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and offer letters.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Support in HR operations like drafting policies, handling queries, and maintaining office culture.
Assist in team engagement activities, performance tracking, and training sessions.
Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Management / related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn about recruitment and team management.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and online hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.) is a plus.
Passionate about working in a creative and fast-paced agency environment.
