Can start the internship immediately.

Basic knowledge of job portals (indeed, monster, LinkedIn etc).

Cold calling, screening and shortlisting of the candidates as per the role

Manage and update applicant tracking system (ATS)

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with candidates and employees

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Assist with HR-related tasks as needed

Duration and Compensation:

This is a paid (stipend) internship position, with a duration of three months. The internship may be extended based on performance and mutual agreement.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

12th, Diploma or Under graduation in relevant field.(Freshers can apply)

Any bachelor's degree(BBA, BCA, Bcs, Bcom, Bsc or engineer) applicable.

Good Communication skill
