BBA/MBA HR Intern Require -
Training period duration of Internship for 6 Months & after completing it candidate will get Internship Certificate.
Day Shift - 10am to 6pm.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Handle end to end recruitment process
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Interview coordination with candidates
• Analyzing and understanding requirements
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Any MBA/BBA/Any Graduation Pursuing Student's who want to Learn How to work in HR Profile can apply for this Job.
