Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding Assistance: Help coordinate the onboarding process by preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Employee Engagement: Support in organizing HR events, training programs, and team-building activities.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Payroll & Attendance Support: Assist in tracking employee attendance and supporting payroll-related processes.
HR Reporting: Prepare reports related to recruitment, employee performance, and other HR metrics.
Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure HR activities align with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR managers and team members to implement HR initiatives effectively.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office and eagerness to learn HR tools.
• Enthusiasm for building a career in human resources.
