Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical IT roles. The ideal candidate must have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, QA, support engineers, etc.).
Work directly with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social networks, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, job fit, and cultural compatibility.
Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and feedback sessions.
Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
Handle onboarding processes, documentation, and joining formalities when required.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and IT industry terminology.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience hiring cloud, DevOps, or software development talent.
Prior experience in a tech/startup environment.
Familiarity with ATS tools and HRMS platforms.
Work Mode
