As an HR Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for our team members questions and have the opportunity to contribute to multiple pillars of HR such as recruitment, onboarding, people management, and experience.

Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.

Fresher can also apply. We will provide Training for the complete Recruitment process.

Role And Responsibility:

• Candidate will be responsible for Hiring for company.
• Must have good computer knowledge, must be presentable.
• Develop and update job descriptions, job specifications, and postings to different platforms.
• Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
• Interview scheduling of shortlisted candidates and regular Follow-ups till Selection.
• Take tele- interview & Judge Candidate interest & Information
• Forward Cvs to Company's HR & Coordination with HR for interview of candidates
