Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive . We are looking for a senior level executive who would be leading the People Partner function for a business unit. The roles and responsibilities outlined as below:

• Work closely with executive leadership to align the HR strategy to the business strategy. Develop and implements a people agenda specific for the business unit

• Provide guidance and demonstrate expertise in critical HR areas including employee development and management; performance management, compensation and benefits, change management, coaching, and employee relations

• Ensure timely and flawless execution of key employee experience touchpoints and processes (Internal Mobility, Promotions, Salary/Headcount Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, LOA, and Separations)

• Develop and partner with Learning & Development to facilitate learning experiences for our talented group of sales / pre-sales community; Partner effectively with our Country Sales Officer to drive implementation of learning programs.

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through to closure, determine successful paths forward, and mediate feedback conversations, as necessary.

• Communicate global and regional HR initiatives, policies, and processes in a timely and confident fashion, and serve as the Special Point of Contact for select Global initiatives.

• Lead and facilitate quarterly talent discussions and calibrations to ensure performance management stays on track and the approach is consistent across functions

• Serve as an innovative HR thought leader on a global HR team sharing ideas for discussion on best practices and new ways of shaping a world-class employee experience

• Analyze people metrics/trends, issues and patterns to provide proactive insight and create innovative, action plans

• Build strong partnerships across the HR team, and partner with Shared Services, Capacity Management, Recruiting, and other support and delivery functions to drive business results

Our Ideal Candidate

He/She/They or the incumbent will have 16+ years of experience in HRBP Role. A bachelor’s degree is required:

Key qualifications include:

• MBA in Human Resources management, 13-17 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge and experience with Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and HR Process Excellence

• Customer-service obsessed, with a business focused mindset

• Proactive drive for improvement; motivated and inspired through action

• Highly comfortable working in ambiguity and within a global, matrix organization

• Highly proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical skills
