Position: HR Manager

Location: Chimbali, Pune, Maharashtra .

Salary: ₹45,000- ₹50,000 Per Month

Experience: Min 5 to 8 years.

Qualification: Any relevant Degree or MBA

Job Description:

As a HR Manager encompasses overseeing all aspects of human resources within an organization, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with labour laws.

They are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the entire recruitment process, and ensuring a positive work environment.

They also play a crucial role in fostering employee development, engagement, and retention.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring:

Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing candidates to interviewing and hiring.

Employee Relations:

Handling employee-related issues, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.

Training and Development:

Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to labour laws and regulations.

Performance Management:

Implementing performance appraisal systems and providing feedback to employees.

HR Strategy:

Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:

Managing compensation and benefits packages, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the company's policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
