Role Overview
The HR Manager will lead the entire HR function at Taraori, covering every department and every stage of the employee lifecycle. This is not only a functional role but also a cultural one ̶ the HR Manager will be expected to live and demonstrate the ASLI AYURVEDA ethos while building best-in-class systems for HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee end-to-end HR operations across all departments. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, POSH, etc.). Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, and statutory documentation.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Prepare role-specific JDs and manpower requisitions. Manage recruitment for the entire spectrum of roles. Use Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other portals to source candidates. Build long-term pipelines for critical functions like Production, QA / QC, Packaging, Sales, and R&D.
MIS & HRMS
Implement and manage HRMS systems (Keka, GreytHR, or equivalent). Prepare monthly MIS dashboards on headcount, attrition, leave, payroll, and productivity. Provide accurate, data-driven HR insights to management.
Culture & Employee Engagement
Be the custodian of ASLI AYURVEDA culture ̶ demonstrate humility, discipline, and respect. Build recognition programs (Employee of the Month, Long Service Awards, Innovation Awards). Drive wellness programs and cultural celebrations. Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi.
Performance & Development
Define KRAs / KPIs for each role. Implement appraisal systems linking performance with increments and promotions. Identify training needs and skill development opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent with 5‒8 years of HR leadership experience.
• Preferred background : Contract Manufacturing in Pharma / Ayurveda / Cosmetics / Nutraceuticals.
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance.
• Proficiency in HRMS systems (Keka, GreytHR, etc.) and Excel MIS reporting.
• Recruitment expertise with Naukri.com and LinkedIn.
• Strong command of English and Hindi.
• Pleasant, humble personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Long-term commitment with willingness to sign a long-term contract.
• Comfortable with full-time role at Taraori (District Karnal).
