Responsibilities
Ongoing employee relations and people lifecycle management support including work force planning, managing performance and talent.Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.Provide support to employee in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.To check Labour law complaiances for the manufacturing unit.Varifying documents and conducting bakground varification of the new employees.Handling paysheets, appointments and recruiting structure.Conducting exit interviews and preparing full and final settlements.Manage HR Admin related tasks of the organisations.Initiating and making amendments in the HR policies as per the current laws and need of the organisation.
