JOB DESCRIPTION
Position title: Manager/ Senior Manager - HR Reporting to Chief Financial Officer The Role:
The incumbent will broadly have the following areas of responsibility:
• Devising and Implementing Performance appraisal system for the organisation also to oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Monitoring HRMS, attendance/leave management system and other HR related systems
• Assessing training needs and setting up Training calendar for each department/Employee.
• Organising all events as per the requirements (Annual Kick off, Sponsoring Various forums, Employee recognition events, etc)
• Managing Company’s website and Linked in Profile
• Travel Desk management
• Manging appointment /meeting calendar of Managing Director & Executive Director and their travel plans
• Providing HR related MIS as per requirement
• Manage the recruitment and selection process. Engaging with placement agencies for recruitments
• Coordinating with Payroll agency
• Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
• Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture
• Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
• Ensuring Compliances related to various Acts related to employment applicable to the organisation
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Essential experience/qualities:
• MBA in HR
• Experience of 7 to 10 Years in handing aforesaid role
Essential behavioural attributes:
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and Word.
