Opportunity to work closely with the CHRO Growth opportunity with an established global brand Job Description - 60% role in TA - drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition actively- support the Head HR in strategizing the TA policies, processes, manage the entire recruitment cycle for hiring within the logistics space, lead the hiring for senior roles close 50 positions over the next 2 years across pan India - 40% role in TM - driving various HR projects, support the group on succession planning manpower planning (budgeting), impart trainings - measure efficiency, spearhead achieving GPTW certification, provide support on projects such as Management Trainee program (hiring from campus), Mediclaim renewal projects, etc.
