Job Duties

Oversee overall personal management and related activities for the company in manufacturing automotive components, such as front axle assembly, rear axle assembly, rear carrier
assembly, half-shaft assembly, and cross grove joint. Direct candidate review process, interview process, and final hiring process as new employees are needed for the company. Review
compensation and benefits policies to establish a competitive system for the company and to ensure adherence to legal requirements. Plan and coordinate activities of employees relating
to employment regulations, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations. Responsible for allocating human resources ensuring work efficiency for all the department. Manage
maintenance of personnel records and organize data collection in compiling personnel related data such as hires, evaluations, and appraisals. Manage tracking of personnel data including
new hire and termination, and prepare personnel forecast to calculate budget for labors for each quarter and year. Direct personnel evaluation process and approve any promotion or
termination process.
