Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to all employees.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local laws and industry standards.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and sensitive manner.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and support them in achieving their workforce goals.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting professional development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in labor laws to ensure the company's HR practices remain current and effective.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience of 3-5 years as an HR Manager in the BPO industry.
• Strong understanding of payroll management and HR functions.
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to the BPO sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
