Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Burhanpur. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, maintaining employee records, designing and implementing company policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include overseeing performance management and employee relations, conducting training and development programs, and managing compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Acquisition
• Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
• Knowledge of Labor Law and Employment Laws
• Expertise in Compensation and Benefits, Payroll Management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
