About Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (Manager level) to support our revenue-generating and customer-facing functions. This is a strategic and high-impact role, directly influencing business outcomes, cultural alignment, and employee engagement.
The HRBP will work closely with leadership to embed people practices into daily decision-making, enable managers to lead effectively, and design interventions that improve retention, performance, and scalability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Publisher Alliances, Publisher Success, Account Management, and Operations teams.
• Drive people strategy through workforce planning, talent forecasting, and succession planning.
• Lead culture-building initiatives: roundtables, pulse checks, and onboarding experience improvements.
• Coach and support managers on performance conversations, team dynamics, and development planning.
• Own and influence retention strategies, role evolution, and career pathing interventions.
• Translate employee insights into actionable recommendations and influence HR policy updates.
• Deliver measurable impact on ESAT scores, attrition rates, and hiring alignment.
Essential Experience and Qualifications
• 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 4–6 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven success working with customer-facing or revenue-generating teams in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
• Strong expertise in performance management, engagement, retention, and workforce planning.
• Experience coaching managers and senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with comfort using data-driven insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work across global teams and adapt HR practices to local and global contexts.
• Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM) preferred.
• Certifications in Coaching, OD, or HR Analytics will be an added advantage.
• Preferably living in Western Suburbs (Our office is in Malad West)
