SpaceWink, a revolutionary and futuristic organization, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager (Female) Executive to join our dynamic team. As an HR Manager at SpaceWink, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies. This is a permanent position with the flexibility of working 100% remotely, contributing to our exciting journey in the metaverse.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging work environment by implementing innovative employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms. Ensure high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.
Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems and processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees to enhance performance and achieve organizational objectives.
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with relevant laws and regulations. Stay updated on employment laws and proactively address any compliance-related issues.
Benefits and Compensation: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leaves, and other perks. Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits.
HR Systems and Data Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure accurate and confidential handling of employee data. Generate reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor and handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Promote a culture of fairness, respect, and open communication.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Collaborate with external training providers, as needed.
HR Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with SpaceWink's goals and values. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to drive organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive, preferably in a technology or innovative industry
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software tools is a plus
