PinnacleWorks is looking for an enthusiastic and competent HR Manager to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Manager, you will have to provide assistance to our HR department in day-to-day responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates online, updating & posting job ads, conducting interviews, making a healthy relationship with and within the employees, updating records, etc.
What will you do?
• Handling End to End recruitment process which includes sourcing screening, conducting Interviews, Onboarding, etc.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with managers to identify current & future hiring needs and produce forecasts.
• End to End follow-up with the candidates.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Updating our internal databases with new employee data including contact details and employment forms.
• Bridging management & employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and issues.
• Develop & monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Collecting payroll information such as details of bank accounts and other personal information.
• Creating reports on the HR-related process when required.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Assisting the HR team in updating and maintaining employee data.
• Providing daily and weekly status reports, compiling findings and submitting reports.
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with each team member.
• Maintaining personnel records, and managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides).
• Handling day-to-day operations as well as administrative tasks.
Skills Required
• Proven work experience as HR Manager or similar role.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
