Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement.
About the Role
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Implementing and overseeing performance management systems to ensure equitable and efficient evaluation of employee performance, in line with company goals and objectives.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to monitor productivity levels and provide support as needed, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance within the organization.
Requirements
• 5+ years of HR Management experience supporting a team of 100+, preferably within a similar organization.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong decision-making abilities in navigating complex HR situations, utilizing sound judgement and strategic thinking to address challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset for assessing performance, implementing effective solutions to increase productivity, and efficiency.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
