Job Description :-
Managing the recruitment and selection process, employee relations, performance management, training & development.
Experience in H R& IR, experience in a manufacturing Engineering Company (Automobile Sector).
Excellent team management & communication skills.
Shall be responsible for all the Safety and Environment related issues of the Plant.
Workers related issue- Misconduct, Behavior issue, consoling, settlement agreement, Etc .
Responsible for implementation of Continuous Improvement measures in the Plant.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to identification and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
ISO/TS, QMS,IMS,EMS acknowadge is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Training and developmental skills.
Command of HR technology
