Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at QServices IT Solutions Inc. located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR function. This includes recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Diversity and Inclusion: Implement initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Talent Acquisition and recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This includes job postings, career fairs, and collaborations with recruitment agencies.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated into the company smoothly and efficiently.
Employee Relations
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Foster a positive work environment through initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and engagement.
Serve as a liaison between employees and management to ensure clear and effective communication.
Performance Management Oversee the performance of the employee, ensuring they receive timely feedbacks, so that they can improve.
Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting performance standards, evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback.
Create and implement employee development plans to enhance skills and career growth.
Develop recognition and reward programs to motivate and retain employees.
Heading Training and Development stream for Internship programs
Compliance Training: Ensure employees receive necessary training on company policies and legal requirements.
Develop and manage payroll structures, including salary bands and pay scales.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Policy Creation: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Legal Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Workforce Planning: Conduct workforce planning to anticipate future staffing needs and address gaps.
Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
Culture Building: Promote and sustain a strong organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
