We Are looking for HR manager for Andheri Location;
Responsibilities
● All the function of HR operations/Generalist Role.
Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
● Leave management records as per company policies.
● Update internal databases (e.g. Employee master file, KYC etc.)
● Prepare/Review HR documents and policies
● Answer employees queries about HR-related issues. Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
● Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
● Handling joining formalities and relieving of employees including Assets handover activities.
● Organizing team building and Fun activities on a monthly basis and arranging and managing off-site trips annually.
● Managing office assets register including IT assets (Laptop etc.)
● Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
● Coordinating with IT vendor for repair of IT assets
● Petty cash and office maintenance
● Stationery and other purchase part handling
● Housekeeping and security day to day role and functions tracking
● Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
● Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data to get best pricing on supplies and services
● Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
● Payment of utilities bills including electricity, office broadband etc. and coordinating for services related issues
● Sending invoices to Customer using Courier services
● Coordinating with TPA for Group Mediclaim insurance, addition, deletion and facilitating employee for hospitalisation and claims.
Qualifications & Characteristics
A highly reliable individual with enthusiasm, service orientation, and attention to details is required, combined with excellent organization and communication skills. B. Com/M. Com/MBA with 3-7 years of Experience. You will have these qualifications:
● High motivation and intelligence with good interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
● Ability to operate independently and flexibly in a small company environment which is both demanding and multicultural
