Should have had considerable exposure working in an MNC firm or global culture before
Preferably from a generalist background with experience hiring Profiles from Jr. to Sr and C level engagement
Ability to head-hunt resource via Linkedin, Twitter, and other SM Accounts
Find new initiatives to create a talent pool and engage with resources to build a healthy pipelines
Plan and design new methods for developing and strengthening HR/ organizational climate throughout the organization
Develop organization responsive to changing environment by keeping employees, motivated, innovative and committed
Develop open and transparent communication channels in the organization and implement HR Strategies, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Systems & Policies and Procedures to the last level
Exposure in effective implementation of various HR System / Sub – systems and mechanisms
Manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and competitive environment along with some exposure to Office Administration
Collaborate with Senior management to undertake Human Resource strategic planning in order to support and advance corporate goals & sustainability
A natural forward planner, reliable, tolerant, and determined who critically assesses own performance
Knowledge of latest training tools & hands on same
Strong understanding of Compliances, Labour Laws, Policies National and State Level both
Be a Thought Leader and own the entire HR Division, be responsible for the outcome, define KRA and maintain budgets
Should be able to create Collaterals and Documents required, example: JDs, Offer Letter, Appraisal Doc, etc
Ability to build automated and scalable processes
Ability to manage, mentor, and guide team members
