Roles & Responsibilities -

 Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business operations, and in particular of the roles tasks and responsibilities of individual people and groups in the conduct of those operations.

 Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring HR initiatives

 Ensure adherence to statutory compliances related to HR and ensuring necessary records are maintained

 Communicates with employees regarding employee relations concerns; provides guidance and recommendations for resolution of issues.

 Develop the sourcing plan and deploy recruitment plan

 Ensuring hiring within agreed TAT

 Ensure flawless execution of staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
