Designation: Human Resource Manager
Preferred: Female candidate
Years of experience: 8 to 16 (Mini 5 years in IT industry)
Salary: up to 12-15 LPA
JD:
The candidate should ideally be an MBA with a specialization in HR.
Must be people-oriented and results-driven.
Must have all-around exposure in HR functions, such as talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, building organizational culture, PMS, learning and development.
The candidate must have at least five years of work experience in an IT organization.
Must have the ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Must be an excellent active listener with expert negotiation and presentation skills.
Must have competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels of the company.
Should have in-depth knowledge of labour laws and industry-standard HR practices.
Experience in managing an employee strength of at least 100 people as the HR Head will be preferred.
Maintain positively engaged employee relations for hybrid work culture with employees
working remotely across locations.
Good to have assisted the CEO/Board in designing and implementing policies across the organization.
