The primary responsibility of the Senior HR Consultant is to utilise HR knowledge and experience to assess human capital needs in light of business objectives and to deliver effective HR solutions.

Working at NTT

1. Attend to more complex HR queries from staff and management and ensure the accuracy, security and compliance of all employee data on relevant systems.

2. Attract and select the right people in the organisation and ensure that new employees are optimally on-boarded into the organisation.

3. Champion Dimension Data's High Performance Culture by ensuring performance reviews are complete, development plans are in place and that poor performance is monitored and managed.

4. Provide counsel and direction to employees and managers on employment related matters and conduct investigations in response to formal complaints.

5. Execute and drive the rollout of DDJF and design and roll out appropriate training and development interventions required by the business.

6. Implement and administer compensation, bonus and incentive programs and structures and coordinate the recognition programme.

7. Analyse HR data, compile metrics reports, identify potential trends and address concerns.

8. Implement change initiatives and provide support to enable successful transformation and change management.
