Full Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Along with HR responsibilities, the candidate will also look after certain administrative duties like ensuring cleanliness of premises, coordinating with manpower contractor for daily schedules, coordinating with security contractor for proper safety and security of premises, etc.

Responsibilities

> Recruit and Onboard new hires by creating job posts, taking interviews, etc.

> Documentation for recruitment process, relieving process and other employee related work (Offer letter, Appointment letter, increment letter, reliving letter, experience letter, etc.)

> Conduct performance review with management and provide feedback to employees on a timely basis

> Issue warnings and memos to employees if performance is found poor / job duties are not being carried out effectively by employees.

> Implement HR strategies that give employees the motivation to perform better, in effect the organization gets good returns from employees.

> Attend monthly audit. Coordinate with labor and HR consultant for government compliances

> Should know compliance, Manage Payroll and benefits for employees

> Finalize salary working by 5th day of the month and submit to accounts department

> Manage employee leaves by prior sanction from management

> The candidate will have a good opportunity to shape the HR department and implement all HR related policies. Management will guide the candidate, but initiative and ownership of work is expected from the candidate. This position directly reports to the management.

Qualifications

> Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

> Minimum 6-8 years experience in Human Resources

> Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

> Demonstrated expertise in training new employees, managers and other employees

> Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

> Attention to detail and good judgement

> Should have basic knowledge of general administrative duties in an organization

> Work from home is not possible, must be willing to travel to the job location / relocate to the area
