Description
Responsibility:
1. Accountable for Attendance Management of the Organization.
2. Scrutinize and disburse Employee Loans and Salary Advances.
3. Preparing and disbursing the Organizational Payroll, even the queries related to the payroll need to be handled.
4. In charge of developing all the HR manual and organizational Policies.
5. Liable for Talent Acquisition.
6. Look after PF, ESIC, PT Compliance of the organization.
7. Focus on Performance Appraisal and Performance Management.
8 Bridge Between Management and Employees.
9. Glance for Employee Engagement and Employee Separation.
10. Conduct Recruitment, Selection & Exit Interviews.
11. Examine, Direct & Coordinate Employee Lifecycle.
12. Manage the duties from onboarding to exit formalities.
13. Work on conducting induction programs and training.
14. Work on scrutinizing HR administration & resolving issues and queries of an employee.
15. Creating monthly calendars and coordinating monthly employee engagement programs.
16. Compile data needed from time-to-time, related to performance reviews, training, employee engagement, branding, and administration.
17. Provide timely feedback/recommendations to the management.
18. Work on taking care of administrative responsibilities, such as laptop management, Mobile / SIM Management, company asset management, etc.
Qualification: MBA (HR)
Experience: 2-3 years in Human Resource Management
