Job Description
The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's human resources. They are responsible for developing HR strategies and implementing HR initiatives that align with the company's goals. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee and manage the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep abreast of industry changes
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Lead performance management processes
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
• Manage and maintain HRIS and other HR technology systems
• Implement and oversee employee development and training programs
• Conduct regular audits of HR programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Conduct compensation and benefits analysis and make recommendations
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and consistently applied
• Participate in the development of the company's plans and programs as a strategic partner
• Contribute to the company culture and employee experience
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Stay current on industry trends and employment legislation
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS & HR technology systems
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and regulations
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for action
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage remote teams effectively
