Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for manufacturing, R&D, QA/QC, regulatory, sales, and support roles.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and build a talent pipeline.
HR Operations
Oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HRMS data, and documentation in compliance with labor laws and pharmaceutical regulations .
Ensure smooth payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Performance Management & Employee Development
Drive performance appraisal cycles and support functional heads in KPI alignment.
Design and implement learning & development programs tailored to pharma-specific needs (regulatory training, SOP compliance, etc.).
Employee Engagement & Culture
Promote employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
Serve as a trusted advisor and handle employee grievances effectively and sensitively.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support HR audits in GMP environments.
HR Strategy & Analytics
Use HR analytics to monitor trends in absenteeism, attrition, and training effectiveness.
Support HR budgeting and headcount planning aligned with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Familiarity with pharma regulatory environment and industry-specific roles is a must.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
