• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to HR management based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with HR team members to gather data and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR analytics tools and dashboards.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR analytics and MIS.
• Support HR team in various HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR MIS Executive or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in using HRIS software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to confidentiality and data privacy.
