Job Responsibilities:
· Develop, maintain and continuously improve HR Management Information Systems (MIS) and databases.
· Create and distribute HR reports on a regular basis, including headcount, turnover, and performance metrics.
· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
· Work with HR teams to understand their data needs and provide recommendations on how to improve data quality and consistency.
· Provide support to HR teams by responding to ad-hoc requests for data, analysis, and reports.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple HR systems.
· Perform data validation, cleaning, and maintenance activities to ensure the integrity of the data.
· Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field.
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR data management and reporting.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Advanced Excel.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Experience with HR systems or tools.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per month
