HR MIS Executive
Job Summary:
As an HR MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and providing analytical support through the HR information systems. Your role includes the maintenance and enhancement of these systems, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of employee data, and generating reports for decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain HR databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
• Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
• Create and distribute standard and ad hoc reports pertaining to key HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment analytics, training completions, performance evaluations, and others.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
• Support HR team in identifying process improvements and system enhancements.
• Provide training and support to HR and other departments on how to use the HR systems and data effectively.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management meetings with data visuals like charts and graphs.
• Assist with audits and ensure accuracy of employee data across various HR systems.
• Participate in the implementation of new HR technologies, such as HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Maintain confidentiality of HR data and reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR MIS Executive, HR Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality and accurate data management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
