Job Description
• Weekly, Bi-monthly and Monthly Reports - HRIS, turnover rates, flash report, comparator, employee productivity reports and demographics
• Data visualization and Dashboards preparation.
• Improve HR information systems and data analytics processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes.
• Managing the HR data systems and soft wares and reporting systems
• Master creation and periodically updating employee information on the HRMS.
• Med claim; claim management and monthly addition and deletions.
• Assist in fulfilling all regulatory paperwork for the ELC requirements.
• Assisting in managing employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, master data updates.
• UK and GCC employee compliances, as needed.
• Maintain dispatch tracker.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience with HR - MIS.
• Advanced level Excel
