An exciting opportunity has arisen for a stand-alone HR Officer to join our rapidly growing business. Reporting directly to our CEO initially in a HR support role, you will grow to work closely with our other Project leaders, to provide timely and accurate advice and guidance with a strong focus on recruitment and workforce planning.
The Role/Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment including managing the onboarding/offboarding process for both blue-collar and white-collar employees
Maintaining all employee data and HR files
Maintaining the HRIS system
Preparing employment contracts and associated payroll paperwork
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand up and coming workforce planning requirements, develop solid working relationships, provide up and coming recruitment support, and any other needs required
Assisting with various HR related projects and other duties as required
Required Skills and Experience:
Qualification in a Commerce/Human Resources subject or similar/related
Experience in a similar role is advantageous
Experienced in the interpretation of Industrial Awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
Proven ability to constructively manage stakeholder issues to ensure positive outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to influence others
Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
