Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle employee enrolment, documentation, and record maintenance for all staff and workers.
· Manage daily attendance, leave records, and overtime for staff and labour across shifts.
· Prepare consolidated attendance reports and submit to Head Office on time.
· Track and manage welfare expenses related to staff and labour
· Verify contractor bills, including attendance-based payments, overtime, and related claims.
· Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and other statutory labour regulations.
· Coordinate with contractors to collect and verify all compliance documents.
· Support the Plant Head in handling audits, labour inspections, and maintaining statutory registers.
· Assist in resolving labour grievances and improving worker engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in factory or manufacturing units.
· Graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of attendance management systems, ESI/PF processes, and statutory labour laws.
· Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in handling contract labour and vendor coordination.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
