Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Be the first point of contact for all HR Operations & Admin-related queries/issues.
• Administer HR Related documentation and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Act as a client liaison when required while onboarding clients, maintaining professional communication and support.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Manage Office administration/Facility Management/Infrastructure management & Vendor management.
• Manage monthly payroll processing and supporting activities like tax filing.
• Educate employees on policies and procedures and work towards driving cost efficiencies.
• Provide required HR and operational support to team members.
• Generating MIS, Operational Cost and Salary Reports.
• Assist the team in other duties as assigned from time to time.
Who/what are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Experience in handling HRMS platforms seamlessly.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, active listening, and the ability to navigate conflicts effectively.
• Strong administration & coordination skills and be comfortable with numbers.
• Be Adaptive to new technology and have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
• Having strong written and verbal communication skills and being accessible to the team is a must.
• The ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• This group-level role requires confidentiality, discretion and, most importantly, constant support.
