Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, which includes PF & ESI compliance, employee documentation, and record maintenance.
- Handle recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Provide executive-level administrative support including scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Act as a single point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, internal communication, and confidential documents as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 45 years of relevant experience in HR operations with PF & ESI exposure.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role is a strong plus.
- Good knowledge of HR compliance and documentation.
- Clear communication skills and professional maturity.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
