Now Hiring: HR Operations Specialist (Temp-to-Hire | Onsite in Northern California)
💲 $25-$27/hr | 🏭 Food Manufacturing | 📅 M-F | 🌮 Bilingual (Spanish) Required
Do you speak fluent HR and Excel (and also Spanish)? Are you the kind of person who color-codes spreadsheets and cares deeply about people?
We're on the hunt for a temporary HR Operations Specialist to support our growing HR team. You'll be the behind-the-scenes MVP making sure our people processes run like a well-oiled, values-driven machine.
🎯 What You'll Do:
• Keep employee records accurate and organized in UKG Pro - experience with HRIS systems a must!
• Support onboarding & offboarding like a pro
• Respond to HR-related tickets with a service-first mindset
• Track time and attendance (no time travelers, please)
• Assist with benefits questions (don't worry, big stuff goes to the Benefits Manager)
• Create reports and bend Excel pivot tables to your will
• Collaborate with our HR dream team in the LA office
• Look for ways to make HR run smoother, faster, better
💡 What You Bring:
• 2-3 years in HR operations/admin support (bonus if in manufacturing)
• Excel wizardry (pivot tables = yes please)
• Experience with UKG Pro or similar HRIS
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a MUST
• Be able to be self managed with little or no direction
• Discretion, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
