We are backed by Accel and Citi and have strategic GTM partnerships with global technology providers, institutional consulting firms and blockchains.We ve recently acquired Contour (The Trusted Network for Global Trade | Contour Network ) to further accelerate our growth.Fintech Platform Xalts to Build Plaid for Trade as It Acquires Contour Network from a Consortium of Global BanksSingapore-based fintech Xalts acquires digital trade platform Contour Network | TechCrunchXalts founders on trade finance digitalisation after Contour acquisitionThe roleWe re on the lookout for a HR Operations Associate to join our People team.Location: Bangalore (in-office only)Roles and responsibilitiesCoordinate Recruitment Activities:Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared.Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and necessary information.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.Manage Recruitment Systems:Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.Assist in the creation and posting of job listings on various platforms.Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing queries and providing assistance as neededHandle the onboarding and offboarding process by collecting required documents and coordinating internal accesses.Ensure newly joined employees are added to the company group health insurance.People Operations Tasks:Handle various administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, appraisal letters etcCreate and manage Employee Records, including leaves being updated on HRMSManage payroll and other people operationWhat are we looking forBachelors or Masters degree in HR or related field3-4 years of hands-on experience at a fast paced workplaceHigh result orientation, hands-on with high productivity & an eye for detailExpertise in HR operations across payroll, employee relations, HR policies and complianceTechnology Proficiency: Utilize applicant tracking systems, HRMS tools, along with proficiency in communication tools like Slack.Working at xaltsBe part of something exciting.
