HR Operations & Compliance
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, MBA from recognized university. The ideal candidate needs to have at least with minimum 5 years’ work experience in HR Ops/ Compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Job Responsibility:
• HR Operations: Provide support in topics such as employee data management, operational excellence
• Support the team in building dashboards and data analysis
• Collaborate with COE’s in driving & effectively supporting operations
• Coordinate with payroll / compliance vendors and ensure monthly / annual compliance are met pertaining to applicable labour laws (S&E,PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus & Gratuity acts)
• Maintenance of statutory Records, Registers & Returns
• Audit: Closure of employment compliance observations from audit findings in co-ordination with HR, Finance and other internal stakeholders
