Job Summary:

• The HR Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including issuing offer letters and new employee packages, and performing e-verify checks.
• This role will also involve streamlining processes, maintaining master sheets for placements, offer letters, work authorizations, and e-verify.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contractual terms such as 1099, W2, C2C, H1B, EAD, I9, NDA, W9, EAD, PO, and Master Service Agreements.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in night shifts, multitask, and adjust to changing priorities are required.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in US HR/onboarding is preferred.
