About the Role

• We seeking a dynamic detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our HR functions.

• This role is crucial in ensuring seamless HR operations, enhancing employee experiences, supporting the strategic goals the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding new hires.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs develop recruitment strategies.

• Maintain applicant tracking systems ensure timely communication with candidates.

2. Onboarding & Orientation

• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

• Coordinate orientation sessions, prepare onboarding materials, introduce company policies culture.

• Gather verify all required documentation new employees.

3. Employee Engagement & Development

• Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, retention.

• Coordinate training programs, workshops, development activities.

• Assist in the development career paths succession planning.

4. Performance Management

• Administer performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback collection, performance appraisals.

• Support managers in performance coaching improvement plans.

• Monitor performance metrics report on trends.

5. Employee Relations

• Act as a point for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits.

• Support conflict resolution handle employee grievances with discretion professionalism.

• Promote a positive work environment uphold company values.

6. HR Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, HR regulations.

• Maintain accurate HR records manage data privacy protocols.

• Generate reports related to HR metrics, employee turnover, compliance audits.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration

3+ years HR operations experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
