Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy.
Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
Coordinate and support new joiner onboarding and induction programs.
Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
Support HR audits and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations and communication.
Assist in implementing and improving HR processes and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred but not mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role.
Basic knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, documentation, employee lifecycle).
Familiarity with HRMS tools (like Darwinbox, Zoho People, SAP, etc.)
Understanding of attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance (preferred)
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
